CO(CONSTANS)转录因子是植物光周期和生物钟信号途径调控开花过程的关键决定因子之一,是植物学家长期以来关注和研究的“明星”蛋白。在长日照条件下,CO能直接激活FT基因的表达,从而促进植物开花过程。CO基因除了在幼叶微管组织中表达诱导开花,还可以在幼叶的叶肉细胞以及根部强烈表达。然而,幼叶的叶肉细胞以及根部表达的CO的重要生物学功能,未见报道。

摘要 本文提出一种测定FeMo-co催化活力的反应体系,用此反应体系,在测定FeMo-co催化活力的过程中,FeMo-co与变种UW45抽提液的重组活性始终保持不变。讨论了水含量、还原剂对FeMo-co催化活力和重组活力的影响。
针对国际上对金属配合物同DNA间作用机量的争议,采用分子模拟手段在MM2力场下,搭建并优化了手性金属配合物△,Λ-[Co(phen)2tpphz]^3+与B-DNA[d(GTCGATCGAC)2]的模型,继而对其相互作用进行了模拟,得出的结论是:对所采用的B-DNA片断,该金属配合物有明显的立体选择性△型配合物从小沟插入占明显优势,而且,总体来看,从AT区插入更易进行。
